TERMS:

Payment: 50% deposit with order placement. Balance to be paid 7 days after receipt of goods.

Cancellation: Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. We will do the utmost to modify to better suit new customer requirements.

Shipping time: Most production is in Thailand (caps are made in Vietnam, netball dresses in Australia). It will depend on the current production load of the supplier. It could take 2 weeks, but allow for 4-6 weeks from artwork approval (or order, if artwork is not necessary). We will do everything in our power to make it happen.

Shipping Costs: Included in garment price unless otherwise stated (eg. small order that cannot be grouped with orders of other customers).

Pricing: Prices are quoted excluding GST. Prices remain valid for 45 days after initial quote. Small order surcharge may apply for artwork and design set up.

Sizes: Wingspan Sports has standard Australian sizes for most clothing. We have baseball and polo shirt sample size shirts, which can be posted to you on request. Sizes of XXXL and above will most likely incur additional costs. Also, if you order only junior sizes, and later decide you want adult sizes, these adult sizes will most likely be more expensive than the original junior uniform quotation.
