How long after my order has been processed can I expect to receive my uniforms?
Most production is in Thailand (Richardson caps are made in the USA). It will depend on the current production load of the supplier. It could take 2 weeks, but allow for 4-6 weeks from artwork approval (or order, if artwork is not necessary). We will do everything in our power to make it happen.

Will I be charged extra for shipping?
Shipping costs are included in garment price unless otherwise stated (eg. small order that cannot be grouped with orders of other customers).

 

Do your prices include GST?
Prices are quoted excluding GST, unless otherwise stated.

You quoted my order, how long is this price valid for?
Prices remain valid for 45 days after initial quote. and include freight to anywhere in the Asia/Pacific.

 

When do I have to pay?
50% deposit with order placement, remaining balance is payable 7 days after receipt of goods.

I’ve received my garment, but there’s something wrong, will you fix it? 
Wingspan Sports will repair or replace any garment which is defective as a result of manufacture.

 

What sizes can I order?
Wingspan Sports has standard Australian sizes for most clothing. We have sample sizing kits for baseball, tee-ball and walk-out shirts, as well as slickers and pants. These can be posted to you on request with a $150 refundable deposit. Sizes of XXXL and above will most likely incur additional costs.
